The founder of Tru Grit Design, a full service design firm based in Columbus, Ohio that offers custom designed spaces and services from new construction and renovation to styling and furnishing for both residential and commercial purposes. Andrew’s fondness for the arts has long served as a catalyst for his commitment to a career in interior design. He began his journey at Savvy Décor, a premier design firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. Here, he learned the fundamentals of delivering the promise of purposeful spaces that serve the client in both vision and functionality while simultaneously establishing himself in the industry. Later on, he would work for a high-end luxury retail firm for residential design. Following luxury retail, he ventured into the corporate retail world, which provided him the knowledge and skills to perfect his sourcing, analytical design, and ability to add value to curated spaces.

Andrew now offers his own innovative solutions to a wide array of full-service interior design needs through Tru Grit Design. The firm is driven by Andrew’s passion for facilitating the balance of client vision with aesthetics and functionality, supporting the culture and lifestyle of the individual client.
Through strong will, resilience, and perseverance, Andrew delivers a unique
story when crafting each space. He also values building fruitful, collaborative relationships with his clients – an important element in his design philosophy.
